Quality Management System
At Prime Tech Engineering, the highest authority for the Quality Management System (QMS) is the President, who promotes corporate quality management activities. The Quality Management Supervisor, appointed by the President, maintains and operates the company’s internal quality management system. The setting and management of annual goals are determined through consultation among the President, the Quality Management Supervisor, and the heads of each department, and are horizontally deployed to all employees. Furthermore, an internal audit team conducts independent audits to grasp the status of goal achievement and process compliance.
